Data Scientist II, Product - Moloco Commerce Media

What you'll do

• Partner with Product to identify opportunities, size them, and inform roadmap priorities; establish success metrics and launch thresholds.
• Design experiments and evaluation methods, analyze results, and recommend whether to ship, iterate, or stop.
• Analyze large-scale ad-tech data and communicate actionable findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

What they ask for

• 3+ years of industry experience in data science, analytics, or a related field, or an advanced degree with equivalent applied experience.
• Bachelor's, Master's and/or PhD in a quantitative discipline.
• Experience partnering with product or business stakeholders to define success metrics, run experiments, and influence decisions with data.
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL; solid statistics foundation including experimental design, hypothesis testing, and regression.

Nice to have

• Experience in ad-tech, marketplace, or e-commerce environments, specifically bidding, ranking, or auction logic.
• Experience evaluating production ML or AI-driven systems, or familiarity with causal inference and evaluation when standard A/B testing does not apply.

Pay

$148,000 — $180,000 USD (base salary); $133,200 — $165,000 USD (base salary); $125,800 — $157,250 USD (base salary)
