Own customer engagements from demos and solution design through implementation, launch, adoption, and account expansion.
What you'll do
- Run demos and onsite discovery, then shape customer requirements into architecture and proofs of concept to support contracts.
- Lead implementations and launches, coordinating deliverables across product, engineering, and sales.
- Monitor adoption, lead business reviews, identify expansion opportunities, and relay or act on customer feedback.
