Orchestrates and produces in-person and virtual training events, facilitates sessions, and gathers learner feedback to improve enablement programs.
What you'll do
- Manage event logistics, scheduling, communications, vendor coordination, and program data.
- Produce and emcee sessions, operate delivery platforms, and support facilitators and live learner engagement.
- Collect and synthesize learner feedback, identify improvement opportunities, and document delivery processes.
