Supports MongoDB’s Product & Technology organization with financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis to guide budgeting, resource allocation, and strategic decisions.
What you'll do
- Build and maintain financial and operating models, including headcount planning, and coordinate forecasts.
- Analyze budgets, business initiatives, and operating strategies; provide recommendations and reporting to leaders.
- Improve financial processes and reporting, and perform month-end close activities such as reconciliations and budget-versus-actuals analysis.
