Provides legal support to global Procurement by negotiating third-party agreements and developing scalable contracting processes, guidance, and resources.
What you'll do
- Advise Procurement and cross-functional stakeholders on third-party contracting; draft and negotiate buy-side agreements.
- Guide complex, high-value, and high-risk procurement transactions and develop scalable review processes, playbooks, and templates.
- Train stakeholders and identify ways to use technology, automation, contract lifecycle management tools, and emerging legal and AI technology.
