Provides technical consulting to help customers plan, build, deploy, optimize, and adopt MongoDB solutions, while delivering training and advising on product direction.
What you'll do
- Contribute to customer implementations across application lifecycle phases, from assessment and design through deployment, operations, and optimization.
- Deliver classroom training to architecture, development, and operations teams; collaborate with consulting, project, and account teams.
- Advise customers as a trusted expert and share field experience with Product and Engineering to influence the product roadmap.
