Senior Lead, Product Management

What you'll do

• Set the multi-year finance technology roadmap and drive automation, AI-enabled workflows, and measurable business outcomes.
• Lead and develop Product Managers and Engineers, including the NetSuite engineering team; own NetSuite technical direction, releases, integrations, and platform health.
• Ensure finance systems are reliable, integrated, and compliant with relevant financial, security, and audit controls.

What they ask for

• 15+ years of experience in finance systems, fintech, or enterprise application product and engineering; 4+ years leading teams that include Product Managers and Engineers, including NetSuite developers or engineers.
• Deep hands-on NetSuite expertise, including SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk/REST/SOAP APIs, SQL/SuiteQL, and scaled implementations, upgrades, and releases.
• Experience delivering solutions across multiple finance domains and strong working knowledge of finance and accounting processes.
• Experience with ERP platforms and system integration; ability to set product strategy and lead cross-functional programs; understanding of SOX, GAAP, ASC 606, and IT general controls.

Nice to have

• NetSuite Administrator, ERP Consultant, or SuiteCloud Developer certification; other relevant certifications such as PMP or CPA are a plus.
• Experience with AI/automation in finance workflows, BI and reporting tools, or scaling product management practices in Finance or IT.

Pay

$151,000 — $297,000 USD base salary
