Owns the product strategy and delivery of MongoDB’s order-to-cash and revenue systems, improving revenue accuracy, cash collection, controls, and close efficiency.
What you'll do
- Set the OTC and revenue product vision, roadmap, priorities, requirements, and launch plans.
- Improve revenue workflows spanning order management, billing, collections, renewals, revenue recognition, close, and ERP integrations.
- Partner across Finance, Revenue Operations, Sales, Engineering, and Architecture; define KPIs and oversee testing, releases, and adoption.

- 8+ years of relevant product management experience delivering enterprise business systems.
- Strong OTC, QTC, or adjacent revenue and finance process experience, especially order-to-cash and revenue recognition.
- Hands-on NetSuite billing and revenue operations knowledge, including finance operations, controls, SOX/audit requirements, and integrations.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum teams, complex enterprise integrations and data models, and cross-functional collaboration.
Nice to have
- Experience with consumption-based, subscription, or other complex commercial business models.
