What you'll do
- Design, build, and operate control plane services for an elastic storage layer serving thousands of database instances.
- Improve availability and performance during load spikes, failures, and cloud provider outages; contribute to operational excellence through dashboards, playbooks, and on-call improvements.
- Lead technical projects, collaborate across engineering and project management teams, investigate incidents, and mentor junior engineers.
