About the job

Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for MongoDB’s Partner Platform, enabling partners to build and scale secure, high-quality experiences for human and AI-agent developers.

What you'll do

  • Lead development of the Partner API and platform capabilities, including self-serve onboarding, enterprise controls, partner-managed accounts and billing, and partner discovery.
  • Create a repeatable partner operating model and align cross-functional teams, strategic partners, and customers around delivery and adoption.
  • Set platform success metrics, communicate product strategy, and ensure APIs and tools are secure, observable, reliable, and usable by people and agents.

What they ask for

  • 8+ years of product management or equivalent experience, including ownership of complex technical products, platforms, APIs, developer tools, ecosystems, or partner integrations.
  • Track record taking a product or platform from ambiguous opportunity through launch, adoption, and continued evolution.
  • Technical fluency in APIs, authentication and authorization, distributed systems, integrations, data flows, reliability, and security trade-offs.
  • Experience building for developers, technical users, AI-native workflows, or platform ecosystems; strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Direct experience with AI agents, MCP, agent frameworks, agentic coding tools, or agentic developer platforms.
  • Experience with partner platforms, marketplaces, cloud platforms, databases, infrastructure, enterprise SaaS, OAuth, partner billing, provisioning, or MongoDB.

Tools

Partner API, MCP, OAuth, MongoDB Atlas, AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure

AI focus

Build partner platform capabilities for AI-native software and agentic developers, including interfaces, tools, documentation, evaluation, observability, and reliable automated workflows.
