Own customer solutions from discovery through go-live, designing and delivering AI-agent workflows and integrations for accounts receivable operations.
What you'll do
- Map customer AR workflows and design agent integrations, permissions, approval rules, and human handoffs.
- Lead technical discovery and POCs, define success criteria, and coordinate implementation through launch with Engineering and CX.
- Translate customer needs into requirements and reusable implementation materials, and share recurring needs with Product and Engineering.
