Owns enhancements and delivery of desktop and mobile tools for Financial Advisors and branch staff, translating user needs into technology initiatives and guiding implementation.
What you'll do
- Lead collaborative teams and manage technology analysts and project managers to deliver initiatives on schedule and within budget.
- Lead full solution delivery to field users, including leadership messaging, training, communications, and support.
