Americas Prudential Regulatory Relations Director (AVP)

What you'll do

• Coordinate regulator meetings, examination materials, responses, follow-ups, and action tracking with internal stakeholders and senior management.
• Maintain regulatory documentation, Teams sites, procedures, and reporting; ensure accuracy, version control, and auditability.
• Support regulatory technology initiatives, including AI enablement, and help improve standardized processes and tool adoption.

What they ask for

• At least 5 years of experience supporting regulatory examinations, continuous monitoring, or issue remediation, or experience at a regulatory organization such as the FRB, OCC, or FDIC.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and collaboration/content platforms (Teams, SharePoint).
• Strong written and verbal communication, analytical, organizational, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams, adapt to shifting priorities, and collaborate effectively with senior management and cross-functional stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of AI tools and interest in applying automation to improve reporting, documentation, and process execution.
• Familiarity with governance, risk, and compliance platforms and regulatory issue tracking/reporting.

Pay

$77,000 and $116,750 per year (USD, base salary)
