What you'll do
- Develop training and communications for field audiences and provide specialized product, account, transfer, and platform support.
- Coordinate with internal control functions and external plan managers, recordkeepers, and vendors to resolve issues and implement changes.
- Maintain 529 Plan controls and governance, and support conversions, contract amendments, fee changes, and related communications.
