What you'll do
- Lead, coach, and supervise Support and Service Professionals, including hiring, onboarding, development, and performance management.
- Oversee branch operations, budgets, client inquiries, and coverage for Financial Advisors; ensure adherence to Firm policies.
- Partner with market teams on service initiatives, communication, training, and process improvements.
