What you'll do
- Lead, coach, and manage branch Support and Service Professionals, including hiring, onboarding, training, performance management, and coverage.
- Oversee operational functions such as resolving client inquiries, managing Advisor expenses and budgets, and ensuring compliance with firm policies.
- Partner with market sales, risk, HR, and branch stakeholders to implement service initiatives and process improvements.
