Supervises branch Support and Service Professionals and oversees service and operational functions, helping execute firm priorities and improve the client experience.
What you'll do
- Lead, coach, supervise, and develop Support and Service Professionals, including hiring, onboarding, performance management, and coverage.
- Oversee branch operations, including resolving client inquiries and managing Advisor expenses, budget tracking, and forecasting in line with firm policies.
- Partner with the Market Business Service Officer, Sales, Risk, Human Resources, and other teams on communication, training, compliance, and process improvements.
