What you'll do
- Lead, coach, develop, and supervise Support and Service Professionals, including hiring, onboarding, performance management, and coverage.
- Oversee client inquiry resolution, advisor expenses, budget tracking, and adherence to firm policies and procedures.
- Partner with sales, risk, HR, and other teams to implement service initiatives and improve branch processes.
