Supervises branch Support and Service Professionals and oversees business operations, client service, training, and execution of firm policies and service initiatives.
What you'll do
- Lead, coach, develop, and supervise Support and Service Professionals, including hiring, onboarding, performance management, and coverage.
- Oversee branch operations, expenses, budget tracking, client inquiries, and compliance with firm policies.
- Partner with market sales, risk, HR, and service leaders to deliver initiatives and improve processes.
