Supervises branch support and service professionals and oversees branch business operations, service delivery, and execution of firm policies and initiatives.
What you'll do
- Lead, coach, and supervise Support and Service Professionals, including hiring, onboarding, training, performance management, and coverage.
- Oversee operational functions, including expense tracking, client inquiry resolution, policy adherence, and process improvements.
- Partner with market, risk, human resources, and branch teams to execute service initiatives and strategic priorities.
