Supports Financial Advisors by managing client requests and accounts, delivering client service, and assisting with business and administrative activities.
What you'll do
- Maintain client relationships by processing requests, resolving inquiries, updating documentation, and supporting account onboarding and maintenance.
- Help clients access firm services and solutions, authenticate requests, process money movements, and review account alerts.
- Support Financial Advisors with business planning, marketing, client events, training, and day-to-day administrative tasks.

- Willingness to obtain Series 7 (GS), and Series 66 (AG/RA) or Series 63 (AG) and Series 65 (RA).
