Provides independent credit risk oversight and evaluates structured lending and asset-backed financing transactions secured by operating businesses, franchise royalties, and digital infrastructure or project finance assets.
What you'll do
- Lead credit evaluations of new transactions and assess amendments, renewals, waivers, and collateral changes.
- Set and monitor credit ratings, risk limits, portfolio performance, covenant compliance, and early warning indicators; escalate risks.
- Prepare credit assessments and approval memoranda, engage stakeholders, and contribute to junior staff development.
