What you'll do
- Partner with operations teams to map workflows, controls, and pain points and translate them into AI-enabled solutions.
- Design, build, and implement Copilot-driven workflows, task-specific agents, and automated process flows; refine them based on feedback and performance.
- Lead transformation and adoption, including staff coaching and hands-on training, and track operational impact.
