Oversee Prime Brokerage client operations across the trade lifecycle, resolving breaks, managing operational risk, and supporting client service and process improvements.
What you'll do
- Execute and oversee operational processes from trade execution through settlement, including client-facing activities and reporting.
- Investigate client and market breaks, identify root causes, and recommend sustainable process improvements while escalating operational risks.
- Partner with global stakeholders on projects and change initiatives, maintain procedures and controls, and provide reporting to senior management.
