Provides end-to-end operational support for equity and foreign exchange trades, partnering with portfolio managers, traders, and operations teams to manage controls, resolve issues, and improve trade-support processes.
What you'll do
- Oversee trade lifecycle processing and controls from execution through settlement, including reconciliations, confirmations, and exception monitoring.
- Investigate and resolve operational issues, take corrective action, and escalate material risks while coordinating with brokers, custodians, Technology, and Compliance.
- Improve processes through automation and AI-enabled solutions, track support KPIs/KRIs, and contribute to procedures, training, and change initiatives.
