What you'll do
- Support origination, structuring, and execution of growth capital raises, structured equity offerings, and PIPE financings.
- Help develop customized client solutions with senior bankers and structuring teams; prepare marketing materials, transaction documentation, and internal approvals.
- Monitor market conditions to inform client advice and transaction execution.
