Supports leveraged finance coverage and origination by helping underwrite, market, and execute financing transactions for financial sponsors and non-investment-grade issuers.
What you'll do
- Assist with underwriting, marketing, and execution of transactions, including leveraged loans, high yield bonds, and private credit.
- Prepare marketing pitches, financial analyses, client presentations, and deal underwriting memos.
- Support deal execution, including investor outreach, roadshow scheduling, feedback tracking, data room maintenance, and primary deal allocations.
