Head of Product - AI Development Platform - ED

What you'll do

• Set the platform vision, roadmap, goals, success metrics, and adoption strategy; prioritize needs with business and senior stakeholders.
• Lead and develop Product Owners and Product Managers, establishing product practices, governance, and operating models.
• Manage platform priorities and partner with engineering, security, risk, architecture, and governance teams to deliver enterprise-ready AI capabilities.

What they ask for

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 15+ years of experience in software development, software product management, platform management, or related technology roles.
• 8+ years of product leadership, including leading Product Managers and/or Product Owners in a large enterprise environment.
• Deep understanding of AI/ML and Generative AI, plus knowledge of AI governance and cloud ecosystems across Azure, AWS, and GCP.

Nice to have

• Experience building or operating enterprise AI, developer, or cloud-native platforms at scale.
• Experience leading AI transformation and enterprise-wide adoption of emerging technologies.

Pay

$195,000 and $275,000 USD base pay (posting states per [hour/year])
