About the job
Manages the institutional RFP content library and review processes to support accurate, compliant, and efficient RFP and RFI responses.
What you'll do
- Curate, organize, update, and review content for RFP and RFI responses, including managing validation, version control, approvals, and archiving.
- Work with teammates, subject-matter experts, and Risk to maintain accurate, clear, consistent, and compliant proposal language.
- Improve proposal efficiency through taxonomy, metadata, tagging, templates, response automation, and workflow discipline; support project management for large proposals.
