Advises high-net-worth clients and internal partners on structuring, underwriting, and closing complex securities-based loans while managing lending workflows, controls, and product improvements.
What you'll do
- Execute and close securities-based loans, manage the underwriting pipeline, and maintain loan quality and processing controls.
- Analyze client financial information and securities collateral, develop and negotiate transaction structures, and provide lending expertise to internal partners.
- Recommend credit-policy and product enhancements, prepare senior management reports, and support client-experience and business-development initiatives.
