What you'll do
- Drive sales and financial results across the primary branch and assigned branches; oversee risk, compliance, and supervisory procedures.
- Recruit, develop, and retain Financial Advisors and staff; coach teams and build morale.
- Lead marketing and growth initiatives, manage branch resources, and communicate performance and issues to the Market Executive.
