Leads a Market’s risk and business service organization, overseeing supervisory execution and client service while modernizing operations and improving efficiency.
What you'll do
- Lead and develop Risk Officers, Business Service Officers, and Service Managers; set priorities and reinforce accountability.
- Oversee risk, controls, supervisory routines, escalations, audits, and issue remediation across the Market.
- Standardize workflows and improve efficiency, including responsible use of approved automation and AI-enabled tools.
