Evaluates, negotiates, and coordinates Financial Advisor recruiting opportunities and transition deals across Morgan Stanley’s Wealth Management organization.
What you'll do
- Review recruit profiles and due diligence materials, assessing business potential, transition risks, and appropriate deal economics.
- Negotiate deal terms, prepare employment agreements, and explain them to relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinate with Field leadership and Home Office partners, and improve recruiting processes and documentation standards.
