Supervises branch support and service staff and oversees business operations, client service, and service initiatives in partnership with market leadership and risk teams.
What you'll do
- Lead, coach, and supervise Support and Service Professionals, including hiring, onboarding, performance management, and development.
- Oversee branch operations, budget tracking, client inquiries, staff coverage, and compliance with firm policies.
- Coordinate with market, sales, risk, HR, and other partners; implement process improvements and support service initiatives.
