Provides day-to-day operational support to equity portfolio managers and trading teams, overseeing portfolio data quality, trade workflows, controls, issue resolution, and process improvements.
What you'll do
- Monitor equity portfolio readiness and coordinate resolution of trade lifecycle, settlement, corporate action, and data issues.
- Lead incident triage, root cause analysis, remediation, and post-incident reporting with front office and operations partners.
- Improve processes and controls, track support metrics, and document procedures while supporting team onboarding and change initiatives.

$105,000 and $156,000 per year (base salary)
