What you'll do
- Lead, coach, and supervise Support and Service Professionals, including hiring, onboarding, development, performance management, and coverage.
- Oversee operational functions, including expense tracking, client inquiry resolution, and adherence to firm policies.
- Partner with the Complex Business Service Officer and other teams to deliver service initiatives, training, communication, and process improvements.
