Leads and scales quality oversight for financial-services operations, using sampling, analytics, coaching, and remediation to reduce defects and manage risk across multiple business areas.
What you'll do
- Set quality strategy, governance, sampling methods, metrics, and calibration standards for SRU and expanding business areas.
- Lead daily oversight and trend analysis; coordinate closed-loop remediation through coaching, training, technology, and process improvement.
- Manage and develop a distributed team and lead cross-functional change, including AI-enabled efficiency initiatives and executive stakeholder engagement.
What they ask for
- 10+ years of relevant financial services experience in operations, brokerage servicing, transaction processing, quality/risk/controls, or related functions.
- 5+ years of people leadership, including leading managers and/or senior analysts and large multi-site teams.
- Experience leading large-scale projects/programs; demonstrated ability to run quality oversight involving reporting review, calibration, coaching, and continuous improvement.
