Supports Financial Advisors and clients by handling account servicing, routine transactions, client communications, and administrative coordination.
What you'll do
- Support client relationships through account servicing, money movement, account onboarding and maintenance, and clerical order entry.
- Answer client questions about account information and help clients use digital tools; support advisor marketing and business plans.
- Handle administrative tasks including calls, calendars, meeting logistics, travel itineraries, expense reports, and office support.
