About the job
Provides day-to-day client service and administrative support to Financial Advisor teams, including account servicing, money movement, client communications, and office coordination.
What you'll do
- Support client relationships by handling account questions, money movement, onboarding, documentation, and digital-tool enrollment under FA-team direction.
- Provide administrative support, including calls, calendar and meeting coordination, travel itineraries, expense reports, and document handling.
- Assist with FA-team marketing, business plans, client service models, and firm initiatives.
