About the job
Provides client service and administrative support to Financial Advisors, Private Wealth Advisors, and their teams, including account servicing, transactions, onboarding, and client communications.
What you'll do
- Support client relationships and handle account servicing, money movement, order entry, and onboarding tasks as directed.
- Answer client calls and questions, provide account information, and help clients use digital tools.
- Coordinate calendars, meetings, travel, expense reports, and general office support.
