About the job
Provides day-to-day client service and administrative support to Financial Advisor teams, including account servicing, money movement, client communications, and office coordination.
What you'll do
- Support client relationships and service accounts, including processing money movement and clerical order entry at the direction of clients or Financial Advisor teams.
- Onboard and maintain accounts, handle client inquiries, and assist clients with digital tools and account documentation.
- Provide administrative support, including calls, calendar coordination, travel and expense tasks, and office functions.
