Provides client service and administrative support to Financial Advisors, Private Wealth Advisors, and their teams, handling account needs, transactions, communications, and office coordination.
What you'll do
- Support client relationships by handling money movements, account questions, onboarding, documentation, and order entry as directed.
- Educate clients on digital tools and assist advisory teams with business plans, marketing, and service delivery.
- Manage calls, calendars, meeting logistics, travel itineraries, expense reports, and general office support.
