About the job
Provides day-to-day client service and administrative support to Financial Advisors, Private Wealth Advisors, and their teams, including account servicing and transaction processing.
What you'll do
- Support client relationships, account onboarding and maintenance, money movement, and client account inquiries.
- Enter or accept orders and complete account documentation in a clerical capacity at the direction of clients or the advisory team.
- Handle administrative tasks including calls, calendars, meeting logistics, travel itineraries, and expense reports.
