Supports Financial Advisors and clients by servicing accounts, handling client requests and transactions, and preparing materials while following firm policies and procedures.
What you'll do
- Maintain client relationships, process requests, resolve inquiries, and onboard and maintain accounts, including documentation and money movement.
- Support client needs with firm services, enter client-directed orders, review account alerts, and prepare financial plans and meeting materials.
- Assist Financial Advisors with business planning, marketing, events, meetings, and administrative tasks.
