Supports Financial Advisors by managing client relationships, account services, transactions, and administrative work while helping deliver the firm’s products and services.
What you'll do
- Communicate with clients, process requests, resolve inquiries, and maintain account information and documentation.
- Onboard and maintain accounts, process money movement and client-directed orders, and prepare financial plans and meeting materials.
- Support Financial Advisors with business planning, marketing, client events, training, and daily administrative duties.
