About the job
Provides client service and administrative support to Financial Advisors and Private Wealth Advisors, including account servicing, transaction processing, client communications, and office coordination.
What you'll do
- Support client relationships and service accounts, including money movement, account information, onboarding, documentation, and order entry as directed.
- Respond to client calls and questions, coordinate meetings, and help clients use digital tools.
- Provide administrative support such as calendar and travel coordination, expense reports, and document handling.
