Supports Financial Advisors by managing client service, account operations, business development activities, and administrative tasks.
What you'll do
- Build client relationships, handle requests and inquiries, onboard and maintain accounts, and process client transactions.
- Prepare client meeting materials, review account alerts, and support Financial Advisors with business planning and marketing activities.
- Perform administrative support, including coordinating meetings, travel, telephone coverage, expense reports, and records.
