Supports Financial Advisors and clients by managing service requests, account operations, client communications, and administrative and business-development activities in Spanish and English.
What you'll do
- Maintain client relationships, resolve inquiries, process requests, and onboard and service accounts, including money movement and documentation.
- Support Financial Advisors with client materials, orders, account alerts, business planning, marketing, and client events.
- Handle administrative tasks such as meeting coordination, telephone coverage, travel arrangements, and record maintenance.
