Oversees branch-level supervision, compliance, and risk management for Morgan Stanley Wealth Management, supporting a controlled and compliant environment.
What you'll do
- Oversee risk, supervisory, and compliance functions for assigned branch locations, including data security and required approvals.
- Coordinate supervisory escalations, audits, client complaints, and risk matters with senior risk staff, Legal, Compliance, and other teams.
- Provide policy guidance and training, monitor supervisory coverage and people risk, and assist with Financial Advisor recruiting and onboarding.
