Supports and improves Parametric’s production applications by resolving incidents, managing releases, automating tasks, and maintaining 24/7 operational coverage.
What you'll do
- Triage and resolve tickets, investigate application and database failures, and troubleshoot vendor and custom applications.
- Create and maintain process automations, monitoring, knowledge-base articles, and operational workflows.
- Deploy software through change and release management and provide on-call production support.
